Karnali River Rafting

Nepal's mightiest river, the Karnali, lies in the "wild west" of Nepal. Most experienced river travelers who have boated the Karnali will agree that this is one of the best trips offered anywhere. The expedition begins with a bus journey into the remote and almost untouched region of western Nepal, crossing through part of the Royal Bardia National Park. Among the best whitewater rafting offered anywhere, this trip includes an 18-hour- long bus ride from Kathmandu up to the put in point. Alternatively, you can fly from Kathmandu to Nepalganj and drive for about five hours to reach to the same. The river section lasts 7 days, including one layover day. At the trip's end, you can choose to take a detour to Bardia National Park, the Royal Suklaphanta Wildlife Reserve or the Royal Chitwan National Park for an unforgettable safari experience of Nepal.
